Manufacturing Process
Step 1: Mixing

The dough is prepared to a smooth, pliable consistency with minimal water.
Step 2: Forming / Extrusion

The dough is fed into a stick-forming machine or extruder.

Long, thin stick shapes are formed (uniform diameter, typically 5–8 mm).
Step 3: Baking

Sticks are baked in rotary or tunnel ovens at 180–200°C for 8–12 minutes.

Step 4: Cooling

Baked sticks are cooled gradually to room temperature on cooling conveyors.

Proper cooling prevents moisture absorption and breakage.
Step 5: Coating / Decoration (Optional)
