Manufacturing Process
1. Ingredient Preparation

Dry Mix: Wheat flour, corn starch, and cocoa powder are precisely blended for consistent texture.

Wet Mix: Sugar syrup, emulsifiers, and vegetable oil are prepared separately to ensure uniform moisture and binding.

Cream Base: Cocoa mass, sugar, milk solids, and vegetable fat are mixed and refined to form the smooth chocolate filling.
2. Wafer Batter Formation

The dry and wet ingredients are combined to create a thin, pourable batter.

The batter is filtered to remove any lumps ensuring a fine, even spread.
3. Baking

The batter is poured onto rotary baking plates or wafer roll baking drums.

The thin sheets are baked at a controlled temperature (around 160–180°C) until crisp and golden.
4. Rolling

While still warm and flexible, the baked sheets are rolled into tubular shapes using precision rollers.

The diameter and thickness are calibrated for uniformity.
5. Filling

Once cooled, the hollow rolls are filled with chocolate cream through a high-speed injector.

The filling temperature and viscosity are closely controlled to maintain smoothness and prevent cracking.
6. Cooling & Curing

Filled rolls pass through a cooling tunnel (10–12°C) to set the cream and stabilize the structure.
7. Cutting & Inspection

Rolls are cut to desired lengths (commonly 80–100 mm).

Defective or broken pieces are removed through visual and automated quality checks.
8. Packaging

Rolls are flow-wrapped in moisture-barrier films to retain crispness and flavor.
